Founded in 2006 by Marc Warde (left), Couture is a new company full of enthusiasm and a desire to do what is so simple – good food served with a smile – but which too few manage to get right.

In September 2007 we opened our first Couture Food Hall on the prestigious Royal Arsenal development in south east London and our next Food Hall location is planned to be in Islington, with a provisional opening date of February 2008.

We have also just launched a new French café bistro at the Institut Francais, a French cultural centre, cinema and library in South Kensington. The new look bistro reopened in December and offers simple but delcious classics such as moules mariniere and coq au vin, as well as an extensive French wine list.

In January 2008 we took over the operation of the café bar at The Manchester Museum, where we offer a menu of traditional British classics made using local ingredients.

We have also been appointed the caterers at the brand new Public Gallery in West Bromwich, due to open in July.
